“The heater went out on my rental unit in Modesto (in January) and Valley Air Conditioning came out to repair. It needed a part so they wouldn’t be able to repair it that day. They left and came back to bring a portable heater to my tenant to use in the meantime. They are always great at communicating any delays. I like that they are very technology forward too. I get a text before they arrive saying who the technician is that is coming. I also received a phone call about the delay of the part. Excellent follow up and communication.
