They had serviced my unit before and I liked the fact that they weren’t pushy and only took care of my needs rather than selling me a new unit before I needed it. My overall meeting with Dinarte was excellent. He is very personable respectful and knowledgeable in his field.
Dinarte made me very comfortable throughly going over all my options, warranties, financing and what Valley Air Conditioning would do to get my system replaced with what I needed. I asked for time to think over the quote before committing therefore not feeling pressured to sign a contract immediately. “Your team did a great Job! They were able to remove my old furnace (in the attic) down through my existing attic access without having to cut a new hole in the ceiling. They installed the new furnace and had it running by a little after noon. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all of the old parts and pieces. The new furnace/air conditioner appears to have more power and really puts the air out. It's only been running for one day now but so far we are very pleased with the unit.”

“Made an appointment to have the downstairs AC checked since it wasn't cooling. Shawn came out and immediately found that capacitor needed to be replaced which he said wouldn't take long. It caught me by surprise when he told me there would be $115 for HVAC diagnosis which was not mentioned when I made the appointment or even when the company called me back to reschedule to a different day. On top of that, he said $165 labor cost (by the hour) when he was only here for 30 mins max.
I decided to call the office to dispute the charges and asked Shawn to wait a few minutes. And this is where I went through bad experience. He immediately lost his 'cool', got frustrated for some reason, told me something along the line "..take it up with the office", and left (mumbling bad words because I could still hear him).
The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of Amber (one of the owners), who understood the situation, made adjustments, and apologized for the experience I had with Shawn. I hope the owners address this issue because their company is looking bad because of an attitude of one of their technicians.”

“My day started with Shawn coming out to check our unit out due to continuous breaker tripping. He found a issue with with the unit that would be a very expensive repair due to unit being 20yrs old. He was very honest in the cost of the repair as well as the risks involved. Shawn then recommended that Dinarte come out to give us an estimate to replace the whole unit.
Dinarte came right out within 2hrs.
He was very nice, listened to our concerns and then looked at the potential job. Upon completion of his process and delivery of the quote we were very pleased that the quote came back less than what we expected.
We will be replacing our unit hopefully soon and would highly recommend Vally Air to anyone needing work done.”

“My air conditioner gave out during the hottest days. I called Valley Air first because my sister recommended them. James came out to check if it could be repaired and communicated my options clearly. I chose to get a new one. Richard reviewed the bid thoroughly with me and answered any questions I had. I did get bids from several other companies and not only did Valley offer the lowest bid, they offered much more no other company would match. Since all the companies were backed up, I did have to wait for a while to get it installed due to it needing to be ordered and high volume of people ahead of me on the list but they brought out a window unit at no charge. Justin and Mike installed it and they were great. Even the inspector commented on how good the job was and very clean. Valley Air made what could have been a stressful situation as easy (for me) as possible. I can’t say enough good things about the company and how professional each person was. Friendly service guys and never pushed replacement unit and showed me source of main problem. 2 years ago called major AC company and within 10 mins wanted to charge $4500 to replace AC and heater. With Valley the found problem in minutes and said it just need service cleaning and Freon refill for $850. After latest emergency after hours inspection and fixed I was given 10% discount for being senior citizen without even knowing they offer discount to older customers. “We had a problem with the A/C which was not blowing cool air into the house. The tech came out and cleaned the coils and topped off the Freon. The system worked but then failed later on. The tech returned and said we had a bad breaker, so we called an electrician who re-routed the wires. The system worked but then failed again. Valley then sent out James who thoroughly checked the unit components as the electrician fixed the breaker. The A/C unit was functional and has been ever since. Valley stayed with the issue until it was resolved and did not charge us a diagnostic fee for the last two visits.
